I FLEX Ltd was established in 2011.Our objective is to provide overhauled machines for safe,stable and instant paper bag production to big,small and start-up manufacturers of paper bags and flexo printing.
I FLEX Ltd specializes in overhaul of all machine types for paper bag and flexo printing production. Apart from overhaul services,we offer consulting services to our customers when choosing the machines,as well as post-sale services of making spare parts.We also trade and mediate in trading used machines.
We know a lot about paper bag machines and we have gained the knowledge and experience over the years. If you are faced with the dilemma which machine is ideal for your production,we can help in making the right choice. We are also able to assist in starting up the production, in training the workers how to use the machines and we also provide deliveries of spare parts for the machines.

Overhauling Center
Until today, we have had the opportunity to successfully perform general overhaul of machines of world brands in our repair center, such as:
Windmöller & Hölscher, Fischer & Krecke, Honsel, Holweg, Manzoni, Castaldini, NewLong … etc.
At any given time, we have several machines ready for sale or in the proces of overhaul.

Spare parts
In its machinery workshop, I FLEX Ltd can make any part for your machines,such as:
Production of metal sleeve rollers and cylinders for flexo printing up to 2,000 mm in length
Production of gears for graphic machines.

- Upgrade of hot-melt system for production of paper bags with pp window;

We are able to make polyurethane rings (traction wheels) according to your requirements and needs.

Polyurethane rings were tested on a Holweg RS2 production machine, with the task of processing 100 tons of paper
in an interval of 120 days.
